Frost Blight is a massive blast of snow, freezing winds and razor-sharp ice shards. Mastery of the Water Element and Speed is important to perform this attack effectively.
Frost Blight originated with Creatures like Blügon who frequent Glacier Plains, but is is now used by other Creatures in Perim.[1]

The Ultimate Guide to All Things Chaotic describes it as important to know the Wind Element to use this attack, but the card (and the book's image) lists the truth: the Creature needs to know the Water Element to get another 5 damage.
