When the Hive becomes active, Stingblade Prototype alters the damage of the next Attack and may therefore be used as both offensive and defensive Battlegear.
Background Information[]
Now used widely by Danian Mandiblors, the Stingblade went through many different designs during its development. This is one such Stingblade Prototype. This Battlegear allows its wielder to manipulate the power of one Attack following the activation of the Hive – either to lower the damage of an incoming Attack or increase the damage of an outgoing Attack. While the final Stingblade is in use throughout Perim, the experimental prototypes are much rarer and far more sought after.
